This is another small study of Lake Pend Oreille, much like "Morning Trees by the Lake".
I'm busy with a small commission this week, along with fixing up a couple more paintings from the plein air event for Scotchman Peaks.
Perhaps you can see them soon, but they're quite ready for prime time just yet.
Welcome to my Art Blog! I paint or draw most weekdays and often finish a painting a day. I fondly call them my "Postcards from Paradise" because it's such a beautiful place the Lord made here for us.

Beautiful peaceful painting. Love the blues !!
Thank you for dropping by, Hilda. Morning blues aren't just for Monday.
This is a beauty Diana. Haven't been here for awhile. Thought maybe your eyesight would have faded leading to mushy paintings, but no, you are better than ever!
Haha, Bill... my eyesight is indeed fading but I'm happy to read your kind comments about my work. Thanks for dropping in.
This is wonderful, Diana...reminds me of Priest Lake!
Thank you for dropping by, David. The reference is actually Lake Pend Oreille but could definitely be somewhere at Priest Lake.
